How much nicer could we be to you? Here is an mp3 download of the brand new remix of our new track “MASHitUP” remixed by Berlin Battery master Shir Khan.

To quote Discodust Blog “as always, shir khan makes it tough to describe his sound and does what the track asks for – mashing it up with electro house style leads, rave signals, distorted e-guitar solos, baile funk drum rolls and a shuffled fidget groove – or in a less technical way: making it a fucking banger!”

download it. play it loud!

Any info on what mixes will come with the full package when this get’s fully released?

Should have mentioned this in the previous post…but the tune is dope Hal. Serious cross-over potential too…would be very interesting to see what Phonat would do with a reinterpretation.

Hi Suneel. The MAIN original mix is produced by myself and phonat together. There is also a Goshi Goshi remix which is monster rave fidget and really really NOW if you know what i mean!

Hopefully we can get some feedback on the project. Looking forward to hearing the entire package!

Yep, love it, will definitely be keeping an eye on this Shir Khan.

Dropped it a radio show and out and it definitely blew up. The “4AM” “girls in the line” vocals definitely bring something different to the now common fidget style, keep it fun, I see chant potential…

    Hi Hal,

I have a follow up question for you regarding the original mix of this track (my personal favorite).

Do you have a dj-friendly version that you could possibly make available (through Beatport or privately)?

I bought the EP, but man…what is a DJ to do with the original mix? Getting in & out the track is vitually impossible without disrupting the transition process.

I know what you’re thinking…but this particular track is even challenging from a re-editing perspective.

Some assistance would be greatly appreciated as I would love to play this at my upcoming gigs.
